Refund Policy: mangoSTEEMS Malaysia

At mangoSTEEMS Malaysia, we want every parent and child to enjoy a positive learning experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Digital Products (Subscriptions & Learning Platforms)

  • Trial Accounts: We offer a free trial period for mangoSTEEMS Universe (MSU) and other digital products. Payments made after the trial period are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate billing or verified technical issues that prevent access.
  • Paid Subscriptions: Once a subscription has been activated, we are unable to issue refunds. Please use the trial period to explore the product before committing to a paid plan.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience access problems caused by our system, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance. Refunds or extensions may be granted at our discretion.

Physical Products (STEM Toys, Books, Merchandise)

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been inspected.

Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, Stripe).
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Promotional or discounted purchases.
  • Expired coupons or vouchers.
  • Products purchased through third-party party.
